I welcome individuals, couples and families into my clinical practice based in Pembrokeshire. I offer face to face therapy, and online therapy for international clients and those who prefer to meet online.

Using a combination of integrative, relational, co-creative therapy and  Transactional Analysis techniques, I offer a safe, judgement free space to explore and understand your interactions, thoughts, feelings and behaviours bringing relief and insight into the challenges you may presently be facing.
