In a peaceful setting in Moylegrove I offer you a safe space to explore whatever troubles you at your own pace, without judgement or expectation. I will help you to notice, access and discern your archaic patterns that might get in the way of your being present and spontaneous.  I invite you to enhance your curiosity and self compassion to help you create a new way of being, while sensitively attending to any difficulties that inhibit your potential and impact your relationship with yourself and others.

I offer a private indoor space and have some limited spaces available for outdoor therapy.

I see the therapeutic journey as a co-created process, where we work together to understand who you are in relationship with others, while noticing and bringing awareness to the barriers to intimacy and change.

Therapy takes time, for trust and relationship to develop, and for ideas to integrate. I offer clients an an open ended contract that you can cease at any time.
